On-Site Maintenance

They take care of the grounds and the buildings at Greenleaf along with subcontractors hired for landscaping and snow removal. With an on-site maintenance team, any maintenance issues that arise during the day can be immediately addressed. This keeps our buildings and grounds in good repair which keeps the campus visually appealing to the tenants, patients and customers.

On-site maintenance also provides a tremendous advantage to our tenants. When a maintenance issue arises, tenants don’t have to spend their time tracking down a reputable tradesman. Whether it’s an electrician, plumber, HVAC specialist or general handyman that’s needed to take care of necessary services within a suite, our maintenance staff is available and most likely at a lower cost, to take care of maintenance probvlems. Most of our tenants utilize this service and appreciate the maintenance team that knows the property and the suites. Our team is on site every day and available for any maintenance needs.
