
Turnkey Buildout Service
There are three steps in building out an office space: space planning, permitting, and construction. Generally speaking, the process of space planning takes place prior to the signing of the lease. Once the lease is signed, construction drawings are executed. This usually takes 3-4 weeks. Obtaining a building permit from the Village of Gurnee can take another 3-5 weeks, and construction from 8-12 weeks. Therefore, a total of 14-21 weeks is a reasonable estimate.
